Truck is back again for 2024 and as always we are so grateful for the constant support from the Steventon Community. We are delighted to announce that we will once again be offering highly discounted tickets to local residents.

FAQ's

How do I apply for resident tickets?

To apply for Resident Tickets you will need to submit a digital application form along with 2 forms of proof of address. 2024 Applications open on Thursday 7th March.

When do applications close?

All applications will close on Sunday 14th April, each application will be processed in date order and tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

When will I hear if my application has been successful?

If successful, you will be sent information on how to purchase your tickets. In the unlikely event that your application has not been successful, you will be notified as to why and whether there is a way to rectify the situation.

All applicants will receive notification of the outcome of their application by 19th April.

 

Do I have to live in Steventon Village to qualify for discounted tickets?

Discounted Weekend Tickets are available to residents of Steventon Village and properties within the postcode boundary of OX12 8FQ and OX12 8GB, OX12 8GF who can provide proof of address upon application. 

New for 2024, we will be offering discounted Sunday tickets to properties residing within the postcodes OX12 8JD, OX12 8JH, OX12 8JE, OX12 8JG, OX12 8JQ 

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each household is able to purchase 4 x  Adult Weekend tickets. Any 12 & Under tickets or extras, such as Thursday Entry, can be added on checkout.

The Application Process

How to apply for Resident Tickets

The Application Process

To apply for Resident Tickets you will need to submit a digital application form. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Proof of Address (All applicants must provide two of the following proofs: Council Tax Bill, Recent Utility Bill, Driving License, recent Bank or Credit Card Statement)
  • Photo ID (that matches the name on proof of address images)

These images can be uploaded in either PNG, JPEG, PDF format. Max file size 128MB

Each application will be processed in date order and tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

2024 Applications open on Thursday 7th March

All applicants will receive notification of the outcome of their application by 19th April.

Key Information

Each household is entitled to 4 Adult Weekend tickets. Any 12 & Under ticket or extras, such as Thursday Entry, can be added on checkout.

Only Steventon Village Residents and properties within the postcode boundary of OX12 8FQ and OX12 8GB, OX12 8GF are eligible for weekend tickets. 

Only properties residing within the postcodes OX12 8JD, OX12 8JH, OX12 8JE, OX12 8JG, OX12 8JQ will be eligible for Sunday tickets.

Other surrounding areas are not entitled to discounted tickets.
