At Truck we are passionate about supporting aspiring event professionals to get a foot in the door , with the aim to help to grow their skill set and contacts within the industry. Job Description: The Campsite Coordinator role is a customer facing role staffing a campsite hub office, dealing with questions and enquires from customers and working to ensure the smooth running of the campsites, ensuring issues with in the campsites are being responded to and escalated where required. During the event the role will primarily be based in a campsite hub office, however there is an expectation that when appropriate patrols/walk throughs of the campsites area can be conducted to maintain situational awareness or conditions with in the campsites.

Our volunteering roles are great for gaining insight into working at festivals, working alongside organisers & ticketing companies and problem solving in a high-energy and fun environment.
Roles will be customer focussed, outdoors and busy, so we are looking for confident, hard-working, friendly and supportive people to join the team.
You will be required to work approximately 18 hours over the festival weekend – Thursday to Monday. In return for volunteering, you will get free access to the festival when off shift and free access to the campsite.
To volunteer you must be 18 or older when you arrive on site and have the right to work in the UK. See this Government guidance for more details
