Our volunteering roles are great for gaining insight into working at festivals, working alongside organisers & ticketing companies and problem solving in a high-energy and fun environment.
Roles will be customer focussed, outdoors and busy, so we are looking for confident, hard-working, friendly and supportive people to join the team.
You will be required to work approximately 18 hours over the festival weekend – Thursday to Monday. In return for volunteering, you will get free access to the festival when off shift and free access to the campsite.
To volunteer you must be 18 or older when you arrive on site and have the right to work in the UK. See this Government guidance for more details
To join the team please register with Wicked Events who will be recruiting and looking after you on site this year.
Truck are recruiting a team of ‘Guardian Angels’ to volunteer at this year’s event (21st – 24th July) to support our Safer Spaces campaign, in collaboration with UN Women UK.
This crucial role will include:
📣 Helping people take action if they experience or witness sexual harassment
🦺 Walking festival goers to welfare services / campsites / transport
💙 Ensuring everyone feels safe and included at the event
🗣️ Offering advice and help to anyone who needs it
✅ You will need to already have a valid DBS check
✅ You must take part in a compulsory online training session ahead of the festival
Upon completion of your shift, you’ll receive a free ticket to the festival and access to the campsite so you can stay for the weekend and enjoy the stellar line up!
Truck Festival is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. You can help us achieve this, together.
