We are a 5-piece band, based around Oxford, and have been together since 2021.
We write, record and perform our own songs, placing an emphasis on strong melodies, layered harmonies and powerful lyrics. Influences include: Fleetwood Mac, Suede and Kate Bush.
Our debut album, ‘Talking Through Glass’, was recorded in RAK Studios with co-Producer Robbie Nelson and was released in December 2023. The first single from this, ‘There’s a Son’, made Nightshift magazine’s top twenty tracks of the year and was voted second best song of 2023 in Get Radio’s Melting Pot’s annual poll.
Over the last 12 months we’ve had some amazing gigs, including headline slots at the O2 Academy and The Bullingdon, and our highlight so far, Truck Festival ’23. We’ve also picked up repeated air play on radio shows Melting Pot and BBC introducing (“Mid Air are making great songs – understated, low-key brilliant”).
We could not be more excited to be coming back to Hill Farm and Truck Festival in 2024!
