thistle. is an indie-punk/shoegaze trio from Northampton, United Kingdom. Formed in late 2023 by Cameron Godfrey (vocals/guitar), Judwyn Rushton (bass/vocals) and Lewis O’Grady (drums), thistle. set out to juxtapose themes of love, longing and nostalgia against raucous noise and harsh fuzz. Their debut single, lomochrome, and live act have proven to be quite provocative within the scene, resulting in track spins on BBC Radio 6 and shows from London to Marburg. This year the band is set to release a string of singles recorded by Producer/Engineer Shuta Shinoda, at Hackney Road Studios.
